2. Technical & Engineering Calculation Disclaimer

All calculators, formulas, and estimates provided on MakersMetric are for informational and planning purposes only.

While we strive for extreme mathematical precision, our hardware datasets are not manufacturer-published specifications. Build volumes are derived from published slicer profiles; power draw and service life figures are class-based estimates, and prices are typical street prices rather than official MSRPs. Combined with real-world fabrication variables, this will cause actual outcomes to deviate from model estimates. Specifically:

• Electrical Power Draw: A printer's actual kilowatt-hour consumption depends heavily on ambient room temperature, enclosure insulation, print speed, nozzle diameter, bed temperature targets, and heating element duty cycles. Quoted wattage ratings are nominal averages.
• Material Densities & Lengths: Polymer and resin densities can vary between material manufacturers, color pigment formulations, and filler concentrations (e.g., carbon fiber or glass bead loading).
• Commercial Job Quoting: Commercial profit margins, machine lifespan hours, and scrap rates depend on workshop-specific maintenance, operator skill, and local utility tariffs.

Users are strongly advised to independently verify critical numbers using physical measurement tools (such as digital calipers, precision gram scales, and in-line energy meters) before committing to high-volume commercial contracts.

3. Nominative Fair Use & Trademarks

MakersMetric references third-party brand names, printer models, and materials (including, but not limited to, Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa Research, Voron Design, Anycubic, Elegoo, UltiMaker, E3D, Phaetus, and others).

All product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks belong exclusively to their respective owners. Reference to any specific commercial product, manufacturer, or vendor does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by MakersMetric. All brand names and machine designations are used strictly under nominative fair use for comparative hardware indexing and compatibility calculations.

4. Permitted Use & Intellectual Property

MakersMetric grants you a free, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use our calculators for personal, educational, and commercial estimation purposes.

You agree not to scrape, automate, or systematically extract data or software from the website in a manner that impairs, degrades, or disrupts site performance for other users. The proprietary design, layout, editorial copy, and code compilation of MakersMetric are protected under international copyright laws.
